| Abstract: | В статті проаналізовано сучасний економічний стан сільського господарства, котрий характеризується різким скороченням обсягів виробництва продукції, її високою собівартістю, зменшенням поголів'я худоби і нерентабельною роботою більшості сільськогосподарських організацій. Зазначено, що для поліпшення забезпеченості населення м'ясними і молочними продуктами необхідно розвивати пріоритетні напрямки м'ясо-молочного підкомплексу на інноваційній основі. Запропоновано відкрити модульний завод по розливу молока, котрий являє собою спеціально розроблені системи, що дозволяють здійснювати розлив молочної продукції в умовах підвищеної стерильності і гігієни. Визначено, що лінія розливу молока з використанням ПЕТ-пляшок не тільки дозволяє підвищити рентабельність вашого виробництва, а й знизити витрати на упаковку і маркування. Зроблено висновки щодо завантажень виробничих потужностей та повернень коштів, інвестованих в проект на рівні три-шість місяців. Виявлено резерви зростання ефективності даного проекту в вигляді повного завантаження його потужностей. В статье проанализировано современное экономическое положение сельского хозяйства, которое характеризуется резким сокращением объемов производства продукции, ее высокой себестоимостью, уменьшением поголовья скота и нерентабельной работой большинства сельскохозяйственных предприятий. Отмечено, что для улучшения обеспечения населения мясными и молочными продуктами необходимо развивать приоритетные направления мясо-молочного подкомплекса на инновационной основе. Предложено открыть модульный завод по разливу молока, который представляет собой специально разработанные системы, позволяющие осуществлять разлив молочной продукции в условиях повышенной стерильности и гигиены. Определено, что линия разлива молока с использованием ПЭТ-бутылок не только позволяет повысить рентабельность вашего производства, но и снизить затраты на упаковку и маркировку. Сделаны выводы относительно загрузки производственных мощностей и возврата средств, инвестированных в проект на уровне трех-шести месяцев. Выявлены резервы роста эффективности данного проекта в виде полной загрузки его мощностей. |
| Description: | The article analyzes the modern economic state of agriculture, which is characterized by a sharp reduction in production volumes, its high cost, the reduction of livestock and the unprofitable work of most agricultural organizations. Many organizations are not able to process products themselves, so they have to hand over milk to factories, respectively, at the price set by the processor. Business practice shows that the existing system of support and regulation of livestock sector activity does not allow implement financing of production and economic activity at the expense of own funds. It is noted that in order to improve the security of the population with meat and dairy products, it is necessary to develop the priority directions of the meat and dairy sub complex on an innovative basis. In the branches of livestock of innovation, first of all, are focused on increasing of animals efficiency with the use of new resource-saving technologies. Without participation of the agricultural organizations it is impossible to reach steady increase in production of livestock products. In developing investment and innovation projects, the priority direction is considered the accelerated development of production of milk, its processing and opening of stores for the implementation of dairy products. It is proposed to open the modular a milk flood plant which is specially developed systems allowing to carry out pouring of dairy products in the conditions of the increased sterility and hygiene. Due to the fact that the modular dairy mini-plant can work round the clock, then for the maintenance of the plant it is necessary 3changes of workers. It is determined that the milk bottling line using PET-bottles will not only allow to increase profitability of your production, but also to reduce the cost of packaging and labeling. The prime cost will vary depending on the size of the daily milk yield, it will be larger, when milk yield low and the plant is not fully loaded, and will be minimal at full load of capacities of the modular plant. Were made conclusions regarding the loading of production capacities and returns of funds invested in the project at the level of three-six months. The reserves of increasing of efficiency of this project in the form of full loading of its capacities are revealed. |
