| Abstract: | Встановлено, що корови української чорно-рябої молочної породи характеризуються високими показниками молочної продуктивності, при цьому перевершуючи стандарт породи, що становить 4160 кг молока за першу лактацію, за третю – 4380 кг та за вищу – 4880 кг при вмісті жиру 3,79%; 3,71; 3,70% і кількості молочного жиру – 158 кг, 165 і 181 кг відповідно. |
| Description: | It was found that cows of Ukrainian black-and-white dairy breed are characterized by high milk productivity, exceeding the breed standard of 4160 kg of milk for the first lactation, for the third - 4380 kg and for higher - 4880 kg with a fat content of 3.79%; 3.71; 3.70% and the amount of milk fat - 158 kg, 165 and 181 kg, respectively. |
