| Abstract: | В роботі проаналізована існуюча технологія виробництва молока в господарстві, технологія утримання, годівлі корів, умови отримання молока в господарстві, його придатність для сиру в залежності від пори року, встановлено його гатунок, проведені дослідження по використанню різних фільтруючих матеріалів, технології виробництва сиру і його якість, розроблені рекомендації по підвищенню сиропридатності молока. |
