| Abstract: | Досліджена динаміка зміни маси зразків яблук протягом процесу сушіння. Експериментальні дослідженні показали, що додаткове використання прямого електронагріву в процесі конвективної сушіння дозволить скоротити час сушіння продукту на 14%, а додаткового прямого електронагріву та ультразвуку – до 22%. |
| Description: | The dynamics of changes in the mass of apple samples during the drying process was studied. Experimental studies have shown that the additional use of direct electric heating in the process of convective drying will reduce the drying time of the product by 14%, and additional direct electric heating and ultrasound - up to 22%. |
