Проаналізована робота компанії YARA International ASA, Норвегія. Надано загальну організаційно-економічну характеристику діяльності YARA International ASA, проаналізовано кадровий склад підприємства; проведено ґрунтовний аналіз мотиваційного механізму в управлінні. Проаналізовано основні тенденції формування мотиваційного механізму та запропоновані шляхи удосконалення в YARA International ASA.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	The qualification work considers the essential nature of the motivational mechanism in the management of the company, determines the composition and place of functional subsystems in its structure; identifies industry-specific features of the formation of the motivational mechanism. The work of YARA International ASA, Norway, is analyzed. The general organizational and economic characteristics of YARA International ASA's activities are provided, the personnel composition of the enterprise is analyzed; a thorough analysis of the motivational mechanism in management is carried out. The main trends in the formation of the motivational mechanism are analyzed and ways to improve it in YARA International ASA are proposed.	uk_UA
