dc.description	The purpose of the study: to investigate the influence of the conditions of keeping service dogs on the development of morbidity in the regular stock of canine units of the National Police of Ukraine Object of research: staff of service dogs of canine units of the National Police of Ukraine Research results: The conditions of keeping dogs in the dog training units of the National Police of Ukraine were assessed. The sanitary and hygienic conditions, veterinary care, and the risks of disease were investigated. It was determined that most of the dogs, 61.2%, were suffering from surgical diseases. It has been proven that the temperature regime of the environment affects the number of non-infectious and infectious diseases. Also, the size of the enclosure has a certain influence on the number of surgical diseases (r=-0.196 at Р≥0.999). Based on this, conclusions were drawn and proposals were made to reduce the number of cases of morbidity of service dogs in the dog training centers of the National Police of Ukraine.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Мета дослідження: дослідити вплив умов утримання службових собак на розвиток захворюваності штатного поголів’я кінологічних підрозділів Національної поліції України Об’єкт досліджень: штатне поголів’я службових собак кінологічних підрозділів Національної поліції України. Результат досліджень: Проведено оцінку умов утримання собак у кінологічних підрозділах Національної поліції України. Досліджено санітарно-гігієнічні умови, ветеринарне обслуговування та виявлено ризики впливу умов утримання на резистентність собак до захворювань. Визначено, що більша частина собак, хворіла на хірургічні захворювання 61,2 %. Доведено, що температурний режим навколишнього середовища впливає на кількість незаразних та інфекційних захворювань. Також на кількість хірургічних захворювань має певний вплив розмір вольєру (r=-0,196 при Р≥0,999). На основі цього зроблено висновки та надані пропозиції щодо зменшення кількості випадків захворюваності службових собак кінологічних центрів Національної поліції України.	uk_UA
