В роботі висвітлено вплив дезінфікуючих препаратів різних груп на санітарно-гігієнічний стан приміщень для утримання курей, на здоров’я та господарські якості птиці. Описані дослідження впливу дезінфікуючих препаратів на санітарно-показову мікрофлору, наведені приклади антимікробної ефективності досліджуваних препаратів, досліджена господарсько-цінні якості птиці за різних методів обробки пташника. Використання дезінфікуючого засобу Віркон S у пташнику та на обладнанні показало сильний антимікробний ефект. Кількість мікрофлори на поверхнях зменшилася на 82,8%. Дезінфекція пташника препаратом Віросан F2 призвела до зменшення мікрофлори на поверхнях пташника та обладнання на 84,3%. Жива вага курей дослідних курей, в 60 добовому віці що утримуються в пташнику №2 – на 2,7 % більша ніж у птиці, що утримують в першому пташнику. Додатковий економічний ефект від використання дезінфектанту Віросан Ф2 становить 600 грн на 1000 голів курчат.

The paper highlights the impact of disinfectants of different groups on the sanitary and hygienic condition of chicken housing, on the health and economic qualities of poultry. Studies of the effect of disinfectants on the sanitary and indicator microflora are described, examples of the antimicrobial effectiveness of the studied preparations are given, and the economic and valuable qualities of poultry are investigated using different methods of poultry house treatment. The use of Vircon S disinfectant in the poultry house and on the equipment showed a strong antimicrobial effect. The number of microflora on the surfaces decreased by 82.8%. Disinfection of the poultry house with Virosan F2 led to a decrease in microflora on the surfaces of the poultry house and equipment by 84.3%. The live weight of the experimental chickens at 60 days of age kept in poultry house No. 2 is 2.7% higher than that of the birds kept in the first poultry house. The additional economic effect of using Virosan F2 disinfectant is 600 UAH per 1000 chickens.
