Abstract:
У кваліфікаційній роботі розроблено архітектурно-будівельний проект
готельно-ресторанного комплексу на 170 місць, розташованого в місті
Суми, який складається з кількох основних розділів, які комплексно
охоплюють усі етапи архітектурного проектування.
Структура роботи побудована відповідно до вимог освітньої програми
бакалавра зі спеціальності «Архітектура та містобудування» й включає
наступні частини: вступ; загальні положення; містобудівне рішення, де
описано вибір ділянки; архітектурно-планувальне рішення, де розкрито
просторову організацію об’єкта та внутрішнє планування будівлі;
конструктивне рішення, де запропоновано загальну конструктивну схему
будівлі та підбір матеріалів; інженерний благоустрій та ландшафтна
організація, що включає проектування зовнішнього середовища; та
список використаних джерел.
До кваліфікаційної роботи також входить графічна частина яка
складається з таких креслень: ситуаційна схема, генплан, плани
поверхів, фасади, розрізи, експлікації приміщень, візуалізації, які
ілюструють архітектурні та функціональні рішення.
Description:
The qualification project presents an architectural and construction design of
a hotel and restaurant complex for 170 guests, located in the city of Sumy.
The project consists of several main sections that comprehensively cover all
stages of architectural design.
The structure of the work is developed in accordance with the requirements
of the bachelor's educational program in the specialty "Architecture and
Urban Planning" and includes the following parts: introduction; general
provisions; urban planning solution, which describes the site selection;
architectural and planning solution, which outlines the spatial organization of
the complex and the internal layout of the building; structural solution, which
proposes the general structural scheme and selection of construction
materials; engineering landscaping and landscape organization, which
includes the design of the external environment; and a list of references.
The qualification project also includes a graphical section consisting of the
following drawings: situational diagram, master plan, floor plans, elevations,
sections, room specifications, and visualizations illustrating architectural and
functional solutions.
