dc.description	The qualification work is devoted to the study of milk production technology in the conditions of the State Enterprise "Research Farm of the Institute of Agriculture of the North-East of the NAAS". The research farm is a breeding farm for breeding cattle of the Ukrainian brown dairy and Ukrainian black-and-white dairy breeds. The modern structure of the herd meets the zootechnical requirements, which ensures milk production. The farm has adopted a stall-walking system for keeping cows in the stall period. In the summer, animals are kept on walking areas on the territory of the dairy complex. The complex has implemented a flow-phase method of grouping cows, in accordance with theadopted system of keeping on the farm, the animals are divided into three departments: maternity ward; milk production department; dry matter department. The organization of feeding feed on the farm fully meets modern zootechnical requirements and allows to obtain planned indicators of cow productivity. The farm has implemented a rational organization of machine milking of cows, which is based on the correspondence of the physiological function of the mammary gland, which will ensure high productivity and preservation of animal health. During the stall period, TSN-160 scraper conveyors are used to remove manure from the cowsheds (tethered housing), and tractor trailers are used to transport manure. In the premises with untethered housing, manure is removed using a mini-tractor.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню технології виробництва молока в умовах ДП ДГ ІСГПС НААН. Дослідне господарство є племінним господарством з розведення великої рогатої худоби української бурої молочної та української чорно-рябої молочної порід. Сучасна структура стада відповідає зоотехнічним вимогам, що забезпечує виробництво молока. В господарстві прийнята стійлово-вигульна система утримання корів в стійловий період. В літній період тварин утримують на вигульних майданчиках на території молочного комплексу. На комплексі впроваджено потоково-фазовий метод групування корів, відповідно до прийнятої системи утримання в господарстві, тварини поділені на три цехи: родильне відділення; цех виробництва молока; цех сухостою. Організація годівлі кормів в господарстві в повній мірі відповідає сучасним зоотехнічним вимогам та дозволяє отримувати планові показники продуктивності корів. В господарстві впроваджена раціональна організація машинного доїння корів, яка ґрунтується на відповідності фізіологічної функції молочної залози, що забезпечить отримання високої продуктивності та збереження здоров’я тварин. В стійловий період з корівників (прив’язне утримання) для видалення гною використовують скребкові транспортери ТСН-160, а для перевезення гною – тракторні причепи. У приміщені з безприв’язним утриманням видалення гною проводять за допомогою міні-трактора.	uk_UA
