The concepts and elements of the personnel management system are summarized, the goals and functions of the personnel management system are studied, and an overview of modern technologies and techniquesin the personnel management of the enterpriseiscarried out. A thorough analysis of the personnel management system at Yespadin LLC was carried out. A briefdescription of Yespadin LLC is presented, an analysis of the personnel composition of Yespadin LLC is presented, and the features of the personnel management system at Yespadin LLC are highlighted. In accordance with the conducted analysis, recommendations were developed for improving the personnel management system at Yespadin LLC. Directions for improving the personnel management system at Yespadin LLC are proposed, and the effectiveness of recommendations for improving the personnel management system at Yespadin LLC issubstantiated.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractВ роботі розглянуто теоретичні засади формування системи управління персоналом в організації сфери послуг. Узагальнено поняття та елементи системи управління персоналом, досліджено цілі та функції системи управління персоналом, проведено огляд сучасних технологій та методів в управлінні персоналом підприємства. Здійснено ґрунтовний аналіз системи управління персоналом на ТОВ «ЄСПАДІН». Наведено коротку характеристику ТОВ «ЄСПАДІН», представлено аналіз кадрового складу ТОВ «ЄСПАДІН», виділено особливості системи управління персоналом у ТОВ «ЄСПАДІН». Відповідно до проведеного аналізу розроблено рекомендації щодо вдосконалення системи управління персоналом на ТОВ «ЄСПАДІН». Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення системи управління персоналом на ТОВ «ЄСПАДІН», обґрунтовано ефективність рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення системи управління персоналом на ТОВ «ЄСПАДІН».uk_UA
