dc.description	In the qualification work, it is proved that the production of plant products is important for meeting the needs of food products for the population, as an important raw material for the processing industry, fodder for the livestock industry, and instability in the market economy can cause various deviations in the effectiveness of crop production, both in the best and in the worst side, therefore, the study of the current state and the identification of the main trends in the development of the industry are important aspects of the problem of providing the domestic market of the state with food. In the qualification work, we investigated the agricultural enterprise that was chosen as the object of the study. The purpose of its activity is the implementation of production and economic and other activities aimed at obtaining profit. The scope of activity of Agrofirma "Khoruzhivka" LTD is: cultivation of grain crops (except rice), leguminous crops and oilseeds; cultivation of vegetables and melon crops, root crops and tubers; breeding of dairy cattle and others. Calculations show that the company is operating at a loss, so the net loss fluctuated during the research period, so in the base year it amounted to -18,063.0 thousand hryvnias. then in 2021 - UAH 8,073.0 thousand. but such indicators do not indicate an improvement in the company's activity. Gross production per employee decreased by UAH 210,000. or by 32.1 percent, the gross profit per employee also decreased from UAH 119,000 to UAH 17,000. and the net loss per employee tends to decrease from -266.0 to -130.0 thousand hryvnias. Due to these changes in income, net loss and gross profit and a decrease in the cost price in 2021 compared to 2019, the level of profitability in the economy of Khoruzhivka LTD in the reporting year compared to 2019 decreased by 4.0 p.p. from -32.0 in 2019 to -28.0 in 2021. A factor model was built in order to improve the cost management of the agar enterprise, according to the calculations of which we concluded that the cost management at the enterprise is not satisfactory. A number of measures are proposed to improve the management of expenses of an agrarian enterprise. It is proposed to implement such a cost management system in "Khoruzhivka" LTD, which will be designed to solve the following tasks: monitoring the progress of the company's economic activity; identifying trends, namely changes in the level, size and structure of costs per production volume and unit of production; collection and analysis of information about expenses; rationing, cost planning by elements, production divisions and types of products; search for resource saving reserves and cost optimization.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	В кваліфікаційній роботі доведено, що виробництво продукції рослинництва важливе для задоволення потреб у продуктах харчування для населення, як важлива сировина для переробної галузі, кормів для галузі тваринництва а нестабільність у ринковій економіці може спричинити різноманітні відхилення в ефективності функціонування рослинництва як у кращий, так і в гірший бік, тому дослідження сучасного стану та виявлення основних тенденцій розвитку галузі є важливими аспектами проблеми забезпечення внутрішнього ринку держави продовольством. В кваліфікаційній роботі нами було досліджено аграрне підприємство яке обрано в якості об’єкта дослідження. Метою його діяльності є здійснення виробничо-господарської та іншої діяльності, направленої на отримання прибутку. Предметом діяльності ТОВ Агрофірми «Хоружівка» є: вирощування зернових культур (крім рису), бобових культур і насіння олійних культур; вирощування овочів і баштанних культур, коренеплодів і бульбоплодів; розведення великої рогатої худоби молочних порід та інші. Розрахунки свідчать, що підприємство працює збитково, так чистий збиток мав коливання за період дослідження, так в базовому році від складав -18063,0 тис. грн. то в 2021 році -8073,0 тис. грн. але такі показники не свідчать про покращення діяльності підприємства. Валова продукція на одного працюючого зменшилася 210,0 тис. грн. або на 32,1 відсоток, валовий прибуток на одного працівника теж зменшився з 119,00 тис. грн до 17,0 тис. грн. а чистий збиток на одного працівника має тенденцію до зменшення з -266,0 до -130,0 тис.грн. За рахунок цих змін в доході, чистому збитку та валовому прибутку та зниження собівартості у 2021 році порівняно з 2019 роком рівень рентабельності у господарстві ТОВ АФ «Хоружівка» у звітному році порівняно з 2019 роком зменшився на 4,0п.в. з -32,0 в 2019 році до -28,0 в 2021 році. Побудована факторна модель з метою покращення управління витратами агарного підприємства за розрахунками якої ми зробили висновки, що управління витратами на підприємстві не є задовільним. Запропоновані ряд заходів щодо покращення управління витратами аграрного підприємства. Запропоновано впровадити в ТОВ «Хоружівка» таку систему управління витратами, яка буде призначена для вирішення таких завдань: моніторинг ходу господарської діяльності підприємства; виявлення тенденцій, а саме зміни рівня, розміру та структури витрат на обсяг виробництва та одиницю продукції; збір та аналіз інформації про витрати; нормування, планування витрат за елементами, виробничими підрозділами та видами продукції; пошук резервів ресурсозбереження та оптимізація витрат.	uk_UA
