dc.description	The theoretical foundations of management of communication activities on the basis of modern information technologies have been studied. The role of communication activity in the development of new directions of the organization of medical care was considered. The content, classification and systematization of information and communication technologies in the medical field were studied. Directions for improving the management of communication activities of the health care institution with the use of information technologies have been determined. The general characteristics of the enterprise are presented. The analysis of the main indicators of the financial and economic activity of SE "Silmed" LLC "Sumed" was performed. The level of planning and advisory assistance and the use of information and telecommunication technologies in the activities of the medical organization were analyzed. The directions for improving the management of the information support system of communication activities of SE "Silmed" LLC "Sumed" have been substantiated. Proposals for the implementation of information and communication technology for the organization of treatment and diagnostic processes in SE "Silmed" LLC "Sumed" have been developed. Modern approaches to providing medical care to patients using telemedicine tools are proposed. Recommendations on the use of information and communication technologies to optimize the professional training of medical workers on the basis of SE "Silmed" LLC "Sumed" are presented.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Досліджено теоретичні основи управління комунікаційною діяльністю на основі сучасних інформаційних технологій. Розглянуто роль комунікаційної діяльності у розвитку нових напрямків організації надання медичної допомоги Досліджено зміст, класифікацію та систематизацію інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в медичній галузі. Визначено напрямки вдосконалення управління комунікаційною діяльністю закладу охорони здоров’я з застосуванням інформаційних технологій. Представлено загальну характеристику підприємства. Виконано аналіз основних показників фінансово-господарської діяльності ДП «Сілмед» ТОВ «Сумед». Проаналізовано рівень планово-консультативної допомоги та використання інформаційно-телекомунікаційних технологій в діяльності медичної організації. Обґрунтовано напрямки вдосконалення управління системою інформаційного забезпечення комунікаційної діяльності ДП «Сілмед» ТОВ «Сумед». Розроблено пропозиції щодо впровадження інформаційно-комунікаційної технології організації лікувально-діагностичних процесів в ДП «Сілмед» ТОВ «Сумед». Запропоновано сучасні підходи щодо надання медичної допомоги пацієнтам із застосуванням інструментів телемедицини. Представлено рекомендації щодо використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій для оптимізації фахової підготовки медичних працівників на базі ДП «Сілмед» ТОВ «Сумед».	uk_UA
