dc.description	The concept of improving the administrative activity of the organization in the conditions of management and administration of the financial resources of the enterprise is studied. the essence and place of financial resource management in the management system of the enterprise is considered, the peculiarities of financial resource management in agricultural enterprises are characterized. The general characteristics of the enterprise are presented. The analysis of the main indicators of the financial and economic activity of LLC "Dutch Agrarian Company" was performed. The management and administration of financial resources of an agricultural enterprise is analyzed, and scientific and methodical approaches to the evaluation of management efficiency are considered. The organizational and economic measures to improve the management of financial resources in the management system of the enterprise are substantiated. Proposals for the implementation of improving the management and administration of financial resources of the LLC "Dutch Agrarian Company" have been developed. Modern approaches to organizational and economic measures to improve the management of financial resources in the management system of the LLC "Dutch Agrarian Company" and the peculiarities of managing the company's financial resources under modern conditions are proposed.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Досліджена концепція удосконалення адміністративної діяльності організації в умовах управління та адміністрування фінансовими ресурсами підприємства. розглянута сутність та місце управління фінансовими ресурсами в системі менеджменту підприємства, охарактеризовано особливості управління фінансовими ресурсами в сільськогосподарських підприємствах. Представлено загальну характеристику підприємства. Виконано аналіз основних показників фінансово-господарської діяльності ТОВ «Голландська аграрна компанія». Проаналізовано управління та адміністрування фінансовими ресурсами сільськогосподарського підприємства розглянуто науково-методичні підходи до оцінки ефективності управління. Обґрунтовано організаційно-економічні заходи вдосконалення управління фінансовими ресурсами в системі менеджменту підприємства. Розроблено пропозиції щодо впровадження удосконалення управління та адміністрування фінансовими ресурсами ТОВ «Голландська аграрна компанія». Запропоновано сучасні підходи до організаційно-економічних заходів вдосконалення управління фінансовими ресурсами в системі менеджменту ТОВ «Голландська аграрна компанія» та особливості управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємства за сучасних умов.	uk_UA
