Показано, що в умовах адміністративної реформи на місцевому, районному та обласному рівнях створення та використання цифрової інформації є стратегічною програмою дій. Нові технології мають забезпечити плавний перехід управлінських структур до цифрових систем на територіальному рівні. Завдяки сучасним базам даних, захищенню документів від фізичних загроз, використанню мережі Інтернет та мобільних пристроїв співробітники управлінських органів отримають доступ до баз даних у будь-який час і з будь-якого місця.

It is shown that in the conditions of administrative reform at the local, district and regional levels, the creation and use of digital information is a strategic program of actions. New technologies should ensure a smooth transition of management structures to digital systems at the territorial level. Thanks to modern databases, protection of documents from physical threats, use of the Internet and mobile devices, employees of management bodies will have access to databases at any time and from any place.
