dc.description	The qualification work considers the theoretical formations of the logistics system of the poultry industry at the enterprise; the theoretical component of the concepts of "logistics" and "logistics system" is investigated; the structural elements of the logistics system of an agricultural enterprise are investigated; the organizational and economic characteristics of the farm are presented; the financial results of the enterprise are analyzed; the state of functioning of the logistics system of the enterprise is studied; measures to improve the logistics system of the enterprise are developed. Prospective directions for ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise's logistics system are determined based on the criteria for evaluating the efficiency of logistics activities, management technologies in the formation of competitive advantages of the enterprise's logistics system are substantiated. The paper describes in detail the algorithms and key points of improving the logistics system of the enterprise in terms of inventory management. The possibilities of introducing a set of measures to improve the efficiency of inventory management at the enterprise on the basis of ABC and XYZ analysis are determined. The concept and model of the organization of the integrated logistics system of the agricultural enterprise was developed by selecting logistics flows as objects of logistics management in order to determine the main trajectories of their movement, building systems of interconnections between them and reducing the time of deliveries and the amount of transport costs through the modeling of scenarios of the development of events and their influence on the management of logistics processes and obtaining a synergistic effect. A mechanism for forming a rating of suppliers of material resources at the enterprise is proposed, the introduction of which in the future will allow the enterprise to guarantee the quality of its own finished products, ensure its uninterrupted production and increase its own competitiveness in the domestic agricultural market.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	В кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто теоретичні формування логістичної системи галузі птахівництва на підприємстві; досліджено теоретичну складову понять «логістика» та «логістична система». Визначено перспективні напрямки щодо забезпечення конкурентоспроможності логістичної системи підприємства на основі визначення критеріїв оцінки ефективності логістичної діяльності, обґрунтовано управлінські технології у формуванні конкурентних переваг логістичної системи підприємства. Досліджено структурні елементи логістичної системи аграрного підприємства; подано організаційно-економічну характеристику фермерського господарства; проведено аналіз фінансових результатів діяльності підприємства; проведено дослідження стану функціонування логістичної системи підприємства; розроблено заходи по удосконаленню логістичної системи підприємства в частині управління запасами; сформовано висновки. У роботі детально розглянуті алгоритми та ключові моменти удосконалення логістичної системи підприємства в частині управління запасами. Визначено можливості запровадження комплексу заходів з підвищення ефективності управління запасами на підприємстві на основі ABC та XYZ-аналізу. Розроблено концепцію і модель організації інтегрованої логістичної системи аграрного підприємства шляхом виділення логістичних потоків в якості об’єктів логістичного управління з метою визначення основних траєкторій їх руху, побудови систем взаємозв’язків між ними та зменшення часу поставок і розміру транспортних затрат через моделювання сценаріїв розвитку подій і їх впливу на управління логістичними процесами та отримання синергетичного ефекту. Запропоновано механізм формування рейтингу постачальників матеріальних ресурсів на підприємстві, запровадження якого в майбутньому надасть змогу підприємству гарантувати якість власної готової продукції, забезпечити безперебійне її виробництво та підвищити власну конкурентоспроможність на вітчизняному аграрному ринку.	uk_UA
