Abstract

This paper makes an empirical analysis of the leisure sports enterprises in Wuhan, compares the competitive level between different regions, and understands the current development status of the leisure sports enterprises in Wuhan and the competitive level of the leisure sports enterprises in various regions. Discover the problems existing in the development of Wuhan leisure sports enterprises, the differences in competitiveness at various levels and the characteristics of competitiveness of each region, and put forward specific methods and measures for improving the competitiveness of leisure sports enterprises in various regions of Wuhan. The master thesis uses literature data method, questionnaire survey method, model method to carry on the analysis to Wuhan city leisure sports enterprise's competitive power. Recommendations: The government has issued policies related to leisure sports to support development. To improve the service quality of Wuhan leisure sports enterprises to obtain more competitive advantages. Implement market segmentation and professional management strategies. Merger and reorganization, integrate the resources of various enterprises, and achieve the healthy and rapid development of regional leisure sports enterprises. Strengthen the cooperation between leisure sports enterprises, give play to regional advantages and resource advantages. Internet of things+leisure sports enterprises. Integrate the development of tourism, entertainment, experience interaction and other projects to increase the types of business and differentiated business operations.
