Короткий опис(реферат):

Робота складається вступу, трьох розділів та додатків: архітектурно-конструктивного, розрахунково-конструктивного, технологічно-організаційного та додатків. Архітектурно-будівельний розділ: розроблені об'ємно-планувальне і конструктивне рішення будівлі. В розрахунково-конструктивному розділі виконано : опис основних проектних рішень; аналіз інженерно-геологічних умов майданчика будівництва; визначення розмірів підошви фундаментів; визначення осідання фундаментів; рахунок тіла фундаменту. Технологічно-організаційний розділ: загальні дані; коротка характеристика ділянки будівництва; організація будівельного майданчика; номенклатура й об'єми робіт з будівництва й монтажу; технологія основних будівельно-монтажних робіт; вибір монтажного крану; потреба і забезпечення будівництва матеріальними і ресурсами; потреба в робочій силі й працемісткість робіт; потреба в машинах для виконання будівельних робіт; розрахунок необхідної кількості електроенергії та води; розрахунок складських майданчиків; потреба в тимчасових будівлях; технологічна карта на монтаж плит перекриття. В додатках наведено технологічна карта на монтаж плит перекриття по збірних ригелях промислових і цивільних будинків (Додаток А) та технологія основних будівельно-монтажних робіт (Додаток Б).

Суть розробки, основні результати:

The work consists of an introduction and three chapters: architectural and construction, analysis and design, technological and organizational and applications. Architectural and design chapter contains: the volume-planning and structural solution of the building was develope In the analysis and design chapter contains: description of the main project solutions; analysis of engineering and geological conditions of the construction site; determining the dimensions of the sole of the foundations; determination of foundation settlement; account of the body of the foundation. Technological-organizational chapter: general data; a brief description of the construction site; organization of the construction site; nomenclature and volumes of construction and installation works; technology of basic construction and assembly works; selection of installation crane; the need and provision of construction materials and resources; the need for labor force and labor intensity of works; the need for machines to perform construction work; calculation of the required amount of electricity and water; calculation of storage areas; the need for temporary buildings; technological map for the installation of floor slabs. The application contains technological maps for laying foundations; for the installation of structures of a typical tier; for laying brick walls of a typical tier. The appendices contain a technological map for the installation of floor slabs on prefab beams of industrial and civil buildings (Appendix A) and the technology of the main construction and installation works (Appendix B).
