Магістерська кваліфікаційна робота складається зі вступу та трьох розділів: архітектурно-будівельного, дослідницько-розрахункового, технологічно-організаційного. В архітектурно-будівельному розділі надано характеритику плану розміщення обʼєкту, обʼємно-планувальне і архітектурно-конструктивне рішення будівлі, розроблено рішення з зовнішнього і внутрішнього опорядження, складено специфікації збірних з/б елементів. В дослідницько-розрахунковому розділі розрахувано несучу здатність палі та її осідання. В технологічно-організаційному розділі розкрито питання умов будівельного виробництва та технічні умови для влаштування ґрунтоцементних елементів.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
The master's thesis consists of an introduction and three sections: architectural and construction, research and calculation, and technological and organizational. The architectural and construction section provides a description of the site plan, the volumetric and planning solution, and the architectural and constructional solution of the building, and develops solutions for external and internal decoration, and compiles specifications for precast concrete elements. In the research and calculation section, the load-bearing capacity of the pile and its settlement are calculated. In the technological and organizational section, the conditions of construction production and technical requirements for the installation of soil-cement elements are disclosed.
