Стаття присвячена проблемам впровадження цифрових технологій в освітній процес. Автор розглядає питання щодо використання інформаційних технологій у підготовці юристів, вимоги до сучасних юристів та викладачів юридичних дисциплін, звертає увагу на набір компетентностей, якими вони повинні володіти. Також досліджено інформаційні продукти, спрямовані на підвищення якості роботи юриста. Окреслено проблеми оцифрування та впровадження інформаційних технологій в систему юридичної освіти України, намічено шляхи їх вирішення.

The article is devoted to the problems of digital technology implementation in the educational process. The author considers the use of digital technology in the training of lawyers, the requirements for modern lawyers and professors of legal disciplines, draws attention to the set of competencies that they must have. Digital technology products aimed at improving the quality of a lawyer’s work have also been studied. The problems of digitization and digital technology implementation in the system of legal education of Ukraine are outlined, the ways of their solution are outlined.
