dc.description	The qualification of the work is dedicated to the post-graduate education of strategic management. The camp of work and continued business was analyzed, and its resource potential was developed. The strengths and weaknesses of the entrepreneurship, the threat and the possibility of yoga activity have been studied. The optimal strategy for the development of business has been revealed. It was grounded on the possibility of a thorough strategic management of the industrial enterprise. Zokrema, basing on the results of the investigations, developed one of the strategies for the development of business activities by expanding the range of products. It was suggested before considering the elements of the business plan for the selection of chevrons for a military robe. An analysis of the organizational, marketing and financial plan is carried out, the reimbursement of the proponated activity is covered. Conducted visits to accept the increase in the number of working jobs, which is even more important in the minds of today, and the reduction of the infamous financial state of business.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Проаналізовано стан роботи досліджуваного підприємства, вивчено його ресурсний потенціал. Досліджено сильні і слабкі сторони підприємства, загрози і можливості його діяльності. Виявлено оптимальні стратегії розвитку підприємства. Обґрунтовано можливості вдосконалення стратегічного менеджменту промислового підприємства. Зокрема, ґрунтуючись результатами проведених досліджень, розроблено одну із стратегій розвитку діяльності підприємства шляхом розширення асортименту продукції. Запропоновано до розгляду елементи бізнес-плану виробництва шевронів для військового одягу. Проводиться аналіз організаційного, маркетингового та фінансового плану, розраховано окупність запропонованої діяльності. Проведені заходи сприятимуть збільшенню кількості робочих місць, що дуже важливо в умовах сьогодення, та покращенню загального фінансового стану підприємства.	uk_UA
