In this article, the author examines the importance of education as a factor in the formation of a new economy and society as a whole. Therefore, the requirements for the quality of professional training of specialists in higher educational institutions have also increased. Modern trends in the development of society require a certain modernization of the process of training future specialists in universities by purposefully focusing it on the in-depth development of students' analytical abilities, their strategic thinking, the ability to synthesize information and use different approaches to solving problems related to business activities, applying knowledge to practice, teamwork and quick adaptation to changes.

В даній статті автором розглядається значення освіти як чинника формування нової економіки та суспільства в цілому. Тому зросли вимоги і до якості професійної підготовки фахівців у вищих навчальних закладах. Сучасні тенденції розвитку суспільства вимагають певної модернізації процесу підготовки майбутніх спеціалістів у ВНЗ шляхом цілеспрямованої його орієнтації на поглиблений розвиток аналітичних здібностей студентів, їх стратегічного мислення, уміння синтезувати інформацію та використовувати різні підходи до вирішення проблем, пов'язаних з бізнес-діяльністю, застосування знань на практиці, робота в команді та швидка адаптація до змін.
