dc.description	The theoretical and methodological foundations of improving the management structure at the enterprise were investigated in the qualification work. The structure of management in the agricultural enterprise was studied. Proposed ways to improve the management structure in an agricultural enterprise. In the investigated farm, the financial condition is not satisfactory, which is evidenced by the growth of the net loss, but the farm still has reserves for using its own potential and improving the existing condition. A properly designed organizational structure plays an important role in increasing the efficiency of economic activity. It should be noted that the effective operation of the enterprise depends on external and internal factors that influence the choice of a specific organizational structure, the main stages of its construction, and this, in turn, contributes to effective work on its improvement. In general, the key to improving the management structure of an agricultural enterprise is the creation of a clear and effective organizational structure that allows effective decision-making and resource management.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретико-методичні основи удосконалення структури управління на підприємстві. Досліджено структуру управління в сільськогосподарському підприємстві. Запропоновані шляхи вдосконалення структури управління у сільськогосподарському підприємстві. У досліджуваному господарстві фінансовий стан є не задовільним, про що свідчить зростання чистого збитку, але господарство ще має резерви для використання власного потенціалу та поліпшення існуючого стану. Важливу роль у підвищенні ефективності господарської діяльності відіграє правильно спроектована організаційна структура. Слід відзначити, що ефективна діяльність підприємства залежить від зовнішніх та внутрішніх факторів, які чинять вплив на вибір конкретної організаційної структури, основні етапи її побудови, а це, в свою чергу, сприяє ефективній роботі щодо її вдосконаленню. Загалом ключем до вдосконалення структури управління сільськогосподарським підприємством є створення чіткої та ефективної організаційної структури, яка дозволяє ефективно приймати рішення та управляти ресурсами.	uk_UA
