dc.description	The qualification work considers the essential nature of the motivational mechanism in the management of enterprise, determines the composition and place of functional subsystems in its structure; identifies sectoral peculiarities of formation of the motivational mechanism of enterprise. The general organisational and economic characteristics of the activities of the branch of JSC SE SEZKU «Krolevets CPP» are provided, the personnel composition of the enterprise is analysed; a thorough analysis of the motivational mechanism in the management of the research enterprise is carried out. The main trends in the formation of the motivational mechanism are analysed and ways to improve the motivational mechanism of the branch of JSC SE SEZKU «Krolevets CPP» are proposed.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	В кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто сутнісну природу мотиваційного механізму у менеджменті підприємства, визначено склад та місце функціональних підсистем у його структурі; виявлено галузеві особливості формування мотиваційного механізму підприємства. Надано загальну організаційно-економічну характеристику діяльності філії АТ ДПЗКУ «Кролевецький КХП», проаналізовано кадровий склад підприємства; проведено грунтовний аналіз мотиваційного механізму в менеджменті дослідного підприємства. Проаналізовано основні тенденції формування мотиваційного механізму та запропоновані шляхи удосконалення мотиваційного механізму філії АТ ДПЗКУ «Кролевецький КХП».	uk_UA
