dc.description	The article presents the results of the research, which was conducted in the form of a survey. The survey was conducted with students of the Sumy National Agrarian University. Students of various faculties, specialties and courses were among those interviewed. The purpose of the research was to establish the level of knowledge among students on the issue of environmental impact on food safety. For the implementation of the research a questionnaire consisting of 4 questions was developed: 1) Do you know about the influence of the ecological component on the safety of food products? 2) Did you know that industrial waste, pesticides and fertilizers affect the safety of food products? 3) Did you know that heavy metals, chemicals and microorganisms that pollute water can also negatively affect health through food? 4) Who do you think should monitor the environmental safety of food products? A high level of interest in this research was established among students, because currently a healthy lifestyle is a trend among the vast majority of respondents. The dependence of the level of knowledge on the specialty of students in which they are studying was determined. The obtained results are explained by the presence of specific disciplines in the curricula of some specialties and their absence in other specialties. Also, the results indicate an insufficient number of free information sources on this topic. Options for solving this problem were offered: - development of a program of information on ecology and nutrition; - expanding the information space to increase the level of consumer knowledge in food safety problems; - development of optional educational courses; - social advertisement; - organize and conduct seminars and round tables. The ecological component plays a decisive role in determining the safety of food products. to provide consumers with safe and healthy food, it is necessary to control and regulate the quality of soil, water and air.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	В статті представлено результати дослідження, проведеного у формі опитування студентів Сумського національного аграрного університету денної форми навчання різних факультетів, спеціальностей та курсів, з метою встановлення рівня обізнаності серед них у питаннях, що стосуються екологічної складової в формуванні безпечності харчових продуктів. Для реалізації дослідження було розроблено анкету. Встановлено високий рівень зацікавленості студентів до даного питання. Визначено залежність рівня обізнаності від спеціальності студентів за якою вони навчаються, отже недостатньою кількістю вільних інформаційних джерел на тему впливу екологічної складової на безпечність харчових продуктів. Запропоновано варіанти вирішення проблеми: розробка факультативних освітніх курсів, соціальної реклами, організація семінарів та круглих столів та розширення інформаційного простору з питань впливу екологічної складової на безпечність харчових продуктів.	uk_UA
