Cтаття присвячена дослідженню актуальної сьогодні проблеми, а саме особливостям архітектурно-планувальної організації будівель комплексних центрів соціальної допомоги і психологічної реабілітації. Проведено огляд існуючих на сьогодні досліджень, що дотичні до порушеної проблематики. Сформульовано сутність поняття об’єкту дослідження, визначено основні функціональні процеси, що є характерними для будівель даного призначення, основні функціональні блоки та їх структурне наповнення. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо архітектурно-планувальної організації центру соціальної допомоги та психологічної реабілітації на основі концептуального проєктного рішення у м. Суми.

The article is devoted to the study of today's actual problem, namely, the peculiarities of the architectural and planning organization of buildings of complex centers of social assistance and psychological rehabilitation. An overview of the currently existing research related to the raised issues was carried out. The essence of the concept of the object of research is formulated, the main functional processes that are characteristic of buildings of this purpose, the main functional blocks and their structural content are defined. Recommendations for the architectural and planning organization of the social assistance and psychological rehabilitation center based on the conceptual design solution in the city of Sumy are proposed.
