dc.description	It has been proven that modern conditions require a rethinking of approaches to ensuring the efficiency of land use at the regional level. Of particular importance is the use of modern tools for managing land relations, in particular, the formation of opportunities for the development and application of a multi-purpose cadastre, geo-information systems, and the formation of a quantitative basis for land use monitoring. Monitoring procedures make it possible to form a basis for decision-making in the field of land relations based on modern mechanisms. Moreover, the application of national and international experience is of particular importance.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Доведено, що сучасні умови потребують переосмислення підходів до забезпечення ефективності використання земель на регіональному рівні. Особливого значення має застосування сучасного інструментарію управління земельними відносинами, зокрема формування можливостей розробки та застосування багатоцільового кадастру, геоінформаційних систем, формування кількісної основи моніторингу використання земель. Моніторингові процедури дозволяють сформувати основу для прийняття рішень в сфері земельних відносин на основі сучасних механізмів. Причому особливого значення має застосування вітчизняного й міжнародного досвіду.	uk_UA
