Публікація присвячена окремим питанням удосконалення правового регулювання сфери органічного виробництва сільськогосподарської продукції в умовах євроінтеграції.
Зроблено висновок, що спрямовуючись у напрямку тісної євроінтеграції, фокусуючись на забезпеченні продовольчої безпеки, необхідно приділити увагу питанням продовження гармонізації вітчизняного законодавства у сфері органічного виробництва, дослідивши положення законодавства ЄС, посилити державну підтримку операторів органічного ринку, визначити порядок використання коштів з державного бюджету для державної підтримки виробників органічної сільськогосподарської продукції.

The publication is devoted to specific issues of improving the legal regulation of organic production of agricultural products in the conditions of European integration.
It was concluded that moving in the direction of close European integration, focusing on ensuring food security, it is necessary to pay attention to the issue of continued harmonization of domestic legislation in the field of organic production. Having studied the provisions of the EU legislation, we came to the conclusion that it is necessary to strengthen state support for organic market operators, to determine the procedure for using funds from the state budget for state support for producers of organic agricultural products.
