dc.description	The article considers and analyzes the potential and effectiveness of its use on the example of a small business entity. The areas of activity and partners of the enterprise are characterized, which have a high index of economic freedom, which indicates a high percentage of independence of the economic system of countries from various external and internal factors, including the dependence of the country's economy on its raw resources. The considered structure of package services makes it possible to assess the risk tolerance of the enterprise, which will be taken into account in the future when forming a risk protection system. The goal of evaluating employees is to obtain objective evalua- tions of their work, which concentrate knowledge and experience, attitude to work, contribution to the final result of the primary work team and the organization as a whole. The list of initial information data for the formation of the enterprise's risk protection system is given. The financial business is treated as one of the most dynamic elements of the development potential of the national economy, as it is actively changing under the influence of market conditions. It is clear that the effective development of the potential of small business in countries that have passed the stage of reforming the economic system, as well as the acquired experience, prove that small business can provide innovative activity and maintain a competitive environment. Attention is focused on the fact that the process of improving the potential of effective development of small business in Ukraine is especially relevant today because of its use as one of the most important tools for solving mature social and economic problems. A complex approach based on a certain methodology was implemented, thus the method of economic analysis of the development potential of small business was used both at the microeconomic level (increasing the volume of sales and profit), and at the macro level, first of all, structural transformations in the national economy and society as a whole.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	В статті розглянуто та проаналізовано потенціал та ефективність його використання на прикладі суб’єкта малого підприємництва. Охарактеризовані напрями діяльності та партнери підприємства, які мають високий індекс економічної свободи, що свідчить про великий відсоток незалежності економічної системи країн від різ- них зовнішніх та внутрішніх факторів, у тому числі залежність економіки країни від її сировинних ресурсів. Розглянута структура пакетних послуг дає можливість оцінити ризикостійкість підприємства, яка в подаль- шому буде врахована при формуванні системи ризикозахищенності. Метою оцінювання працівників є отримання об’єктивних оцінок їхньої праці, в яких концентруються знання і досвід, ставлення до праці, внесок у кінцевий результат діяльності первинного трудового колективу й організації загалом. Наведено перелік даних початкової інформації для формування системи ризиокозахищеності підприємства.	uk_UA
