dc.description	Дослідження присвячено процесу забезпечення якості вищої освіти та деяким відомим регіональним мережам із забезпечення якості. У дослідженні наведено поняття «регіоналізація» у сфері забезпечення якості вищої освіти. Виокремлено провідний політичний чинник регіоналізації. Проаналізовано діяльність потужних регіональних мереж: Європейської асоціації із забезпечення якості вищої освіти, Скандинавської (Данія, Фінляндія, Норвегія, Ісландія, Швеція) мережі забезпечення якості вищої освіти, Східно-африканської мережі забезпечення якості. Детально охарактеризовано їх структуру, історію створення, основні стратегії діяльності. Відображається актуальність кожного проекту. У дослідженні проаналізовано сутність поняття «регіоналізація» у сфері вищої освіти; виявлено структури, програмні документи, публікації основних мереж, пріоритетні проекти забезпечення якості вищої освіти. Зазначається, що провідною формою співпраці в мережах є спільні проекти. Їхня головна мета – створити спільне розуміння різних точок зору, пов’язаних із забезпеченням якості вищої освіти.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	The research is devoted to the process of quality assurance in higher education and some well-known regional networks in quality assurance. The concept of “regionalization” in the field of quality assurance in higher education is given in the research. The leading political factor of regionalization is singled out. The activity of powerful regional networks: European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education, Nordic (Denmark, Finland, Norway, Iceland, Sweden) Quality Assurance Network in Higher Education, East African Network for Quality Assurance are analyzed. Their structures, history of creation, main strategies of activity are characterized in detail. The relevance of each project is displayed. In the study, the essence of the concept of "regionalization" in the field of higher education is analyzed; structures, program documents, main networks’ publications, priority projects of quality assurance in higher education are found out. It is mentioned that joint projects are the leading form of cooperation in the networks. Their main objective is to create a common understanding of different points of view related to quality assurance in higher education.	uk_UA
