dc.description	Under the European integration of Ukraine, the need to improve the institutional system and modern legislative reforms, and the problem of legal regulation of ensuring the safety of life and health in the environment is becoming increasingly important for Ukraine. For Ukraine, joining the European Union means an opportunity to modernize the economy, overcome technological backwardness, attract foreign investment and advanced technologies, create new jobs, increase the competitiveness of national producers, as well as the opportunity to enter world markets, in particular in the European Union. Accession to the European Union also ensures the creation of reliable mechanisms of political stability, democracy, and security, which are important political advantages of integration. The direction of the activities of modern civilized legal states and the implementation of their main task - the establishment and provision of rights - is determined by human rights and their guarantees. The article is devoted to the study of the constitutional and legal regulation of the rights and freedoms of citizens in Ukraine in the context of the European integration process. An analysis of legislation and legal practice in the field of human rights protection was conducted and their compliance with international standards and requirements for Ukraine was assessed. In addition, the prospects of further development of constitutional and legal regulation in the field of protection of human rights and freedoms in the context of European integration were considered. Particular attention was paid to defining the role of the Constitution of Ukraine in the protection of human rights and freedoms, as well as the challenges that arise in connection with its improvement and harmonization with international standards. In the context of Ukraine's European integration, constitutional and legal regulation becomes especially important, as it requires compliance of national legislation with international standards that guarantee human rights and freedoms.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У зв'язку з євроінтеграцією України, потребою вдосконалення інституційної системи та сучасними реформами законодавства, проблема правового регулювання забезпечення безпечного довкілля для життя та здоров'я стає дедалі важливішою для України. Метою цієї роботи стало дослідження правового регулювання конституційних прав та свобод громадян в Україні в контексті процесу євроінтеграції. Проаналізовано законодавство та правову практику у сфері захисту прав людини та оцінено їх відповідність міжнародним стандартам і вимогам, що ставляться перед Україною. Розглянуто перспективи подальшого розвитку процесу конституційно-правового регулювання прав та свобод людини в контексті європейської інтеграції. Окрема увага приділена визначенню ролі Конституції України в процесі захисту прав та свобод людини.	uk_UA
