Дана наукова робота досліджує вплив, що дефіцит робочої сили є серйозною проблемою, яка негативно впливає на підприємства, незалежно від їхнього розміру чи галузі. Проблема виникає через брак компетентних працівників, які будуть відповідати вимогам та потребам підприємств. Саме це наша науково-дослідна група виявила під час набуття практичних навичок на одному із автотранспортних підприємств. Дефіцит робочої сили призводить до затримок у розширенні підприємств та реалізації нових проектів, ускладнює процес найму та навчання нових працівників, наслідком чого стає зниження рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємства.

This research paper explores the impact that labor shortages are a serious problem that negatively affects businesses, regardless of their size or industry. The problem arises due to the lack of competent employees who will meet the requirements and needs of enterprises. This is exactly what our research group discovered during the acquisition of practical skills at one of the motor transport enterprises. The labor shortage leads to delays in the expansion of enterprises and the implementation of new projects, complicates the process of hiring and training new employees, which results in a decrease in the level of competitiveness of the enterprise.
