dc.description	In the qualification work, the theoretical and methodological foundations of the management of innovation and investment activity at the agricultural enterprise were investigated. The system of management of innovation and investment activity at the agricultural enterprise was studied. Proposed ways to improve the management of innovation and investment activities at the enterprise. Knowledge of the category of innovation-investment activity and scientific methods for assessing the level of its management will allow managers of an agrarian enterprise to organize the investment process of introducing innovations, which will ensure the profitability of the enterprise, its competitiveness and financial stability. The conducted analysis gives reasons to state a relatively stable situation regarding the further existence of the enterprise. The level of profitability at the enterprise during the studied period is prone to fluctuations, it was the largest in 2021, the smallest in 2022 due to the consequences of full-scale Russian aggression. Innovations already implemented in "Image Company" LLC include the sowing of hybrid varieties of plants, the use of nanotechnological means of plant protection, and the implementation of part of agrotechnological operations by drones. The general dynamics of innovation and investment activity in Image Company LLC is negative, because it was directly affected by the consequences of Russian full-scale aggression. Political and legal factors are becoming increasingly significant for the innovative and investment development of Image Company LLC. When developing future innovative projects, the company's management suggested creating a cross-functional team. This type of organizational improvement opens up the possibility of managing business processes outside the usual boundaries of the functional areas of various divisions of agribusiness. A cross-functional team reflects an improved system for achieving investment goals, especially in such an area as system innovation. In the future development of innovative projects, it is suggested to implement their systematic monitoring. It will be not only a system of information collection, but also a process aimed at ensuring effective management of the innovation and investment project. Investment and economic recommendations for the introduction of innovative drip irrigation technology have been developed, which are adapted to the operating conditions of "Image Company" LLC. The main effect of the project is an increase in production productivity indicators - the yield of agricultural crops.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретико-методологічні основи управління інноваційно-інвестиційною діяльністю на аграрному підприємстві. Досліджено систему управління інноваційно-інвестиційною діяльністю на аграрному підприємстві. Запропоновані шляхи вдосконалення управління інноваційно-інвестиційною діяльності на підприємстві. Знання категорії інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності та наукові методи для оцінки рівня її управління дозволять менеджерам аграрного підприємства організувати інвестиційний процес впровадження інновацій, що забезпечить прибутковість підприємства, його конкурентоспроможність та фінансову стійкість. Проведений аналіз дає підстави констатувати про відносно стабільну ситуацію щодо подальшого існування підприємства. Рівень рентабельності на підприємстві за досліджуваний період схильний до коливань, найбільшим він був у 2021 році, найменшим – у 2022 через наслідки повномасштабної російської агресії. Вже впроваджені інновації в ТОВ «Імідж Компанія», включають в себе висів гібридних сортів рослин, застосування нанотехнологічних засобів захисту рослин, здійснення частини агротехнологічних операцій дронами. Загальна динаміка інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності в ТОВ «Імідж Компанія» є негативною, адже зазнала прямого впливу від наслідків російської повномасштабної агресії. Політичний та правовий чинники стають все більш значимими для інноваційно-інвестиційного розвитку ТОВ «Імідж Компанія». При розробці майбутніх інноваційних проектів менеджменту підприємства запропоновано створити крос-функціональну команду. Цей вид організаційного вдосконалення відкриває можливість управління бізнес-процесами поза звичайними межами функціональних областей різних підрозділів агробізнесу. Крос-функціональна команду відображає вдосконалену систему для досягнення інвестиційних цілей особливо у такій сфері як системні інновації. При майбутній розробці інноваційних проектів пропонується впровадити їх системний моніторинг. Це буде не лише система збору інформації, але і процес, спрямований на забезпечення ефективного управління інноваційно-інвестиційним проектом. Розроблено інвестиційно-економічні рекомендації із впровадження інноваційної технології крапельного зрошення, яку адаптовано до умов діяльності ТОВ «Імідж Компанія». Головний ефект від проекту - це підвищення показників продуктивності виробництва – врожайності сільськогосподарських культур.	uk_UA
