dc.description	The qualification work investigates the theoretical and methodological foundations of managing the resource potential of a production and trade enterprise: the essence of resource potential is considered; methodological approaches to the classification of components of the resource potential of modern enterprises are determined; the content of the process of managing resource potential on the basis of process and system approaches is considered; the essence and importance of resource strategies for an enterprise are clarified. An analysis of the current status of management of the resource potential of "Facade" LLC is carried out. In the course of the study, the organisational and economic aspects of the production and trading enterprise have been determined. The main economic indicators of the enterprise are analysed in dynamics. The level of use of labour resources, fixed and current assets has been analysed. The main indicators of the use of current assets, liquidity and financial stability of the enterprise are determined and analysed. The practical aspects of organising the process of managing the resource potential of enterprise are studied. The participants of the managing and managed system of resource potential management are identified. The types of resource potential used by enterprise are considered. An assessment of the resource potential and factors of its formation by the expert method has been carried out. The level of efficiency of use of the resource potential of enterprise has been determined. The efficiency of use of material, financial and human resources is evaluated. Directions for improving the management of the resource potential of a production and trade enterprise have been identified. An approach to formation of a model of strategic management of the enterprise's resource potential has been proposed. Measures to improve the level of financial potential have been identified. Recommendations for professional development of staff on the basis of non-formal education, training in the online programme "Staff Development" from the company "IT-Enterprise" are provided. The expediency of staff training costs is substantiated and the effectiveness of the proposed measures is determined.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретико-методичні основи управління ресурсним потенціалом виробничо-торговельного підприємства: розглянуто сутність ресурсного потенціалу; визначено методичні підходи до класифікації складових ресурсного потенціалу сучасних підприємств; розглянуто зміст процесу управління ресурсним потенціалом на основі процесного та системного підходів; з’ясовано сутність та значення ресурсних стратегій для підприємства. Проведено аналіз поточного стану управління ресурсним потенціалом ТОВ «Фасад». У процесі дослідження з’ясовано організаційні та економічні аспекти діяльності виробничо-торговельного підприємства. Проаналізовано в динаміці основні економічні показники діяльності підприємства. Проаналізовано рівень використання трудових ресурсів, основних та оборотних засобів. Визначено та проаналізовано основні показники використання оборотних активів, ліквідності та фінансової стійкості підприємства. Досліджено практичні аспекти організації процесу управління ресурсним потенціалом підприємства. Визначено учасників керуючої та керованої системи управління ресурсним потенціалом. Розглянуто види ресурсного потенціалу, які використовуються підприємством. Проведена оцінка ресурсного потенціалу та чинників його формування експертним методом. Визначено рівень результативності використання ресурсного потенціалу підприємства. Оцінено ефективність використання матеріальних, фінансових та кадрових ресурсів. Визначено напрями удосконалення управління ресурсним потенціалом виробничо-торговельного підприємства. Запропоновано підхід до формування моделі стратегічного управління ресурсним потенціалом підприємства. Визначено заходи підвищення рівня фінансового потенціалу. Наведено рекомендації професійного розвитку персоналу на основі неформальної освіти, навчання за он-лайн програмою «Розвиток персоналу» від компанії «IT-Enterprise». Обґрунтовано доцільність витрат на навчання персоналу та визначено результативність запропонованих заходів.	uk_UA
