dc.description	The qualification work examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of modern technologies for making management decisions: the essence of the concept of “management decision" and the role of management decisions in the activities of a manager are considered; modern methodological management approaches to the application of management decision-making technologies are investigated. The article analyses the technology of managerial decision-making in LLC “NYVA 2015”. In the course of the analysis, the organisational and economic aspects of the agricultural enterprise were studied. The main production and economic indicators are analysed in dynamics. The level of use of labour resources, fixed and current assets is analysed. The main indicators of the financial condition of the enterprise are determined and analysed: liquidity of assets and financial stability. The level of compliance with the "golden rule of financing" by the enterprise is determined. The practical aspects of the technology of managerial decision-making in an agricultural enterprise are studied: attention is focused on the subjects of managerial decision-making, methods of their development and adoption. The efficiency of the technology of managerial decision-making is evaluated. An example of a managerial decision on the purchase of agricultural equipment is provided. The process of organisation of preparation and adoption of managerial decisions in an agricultural enterprise is analysed. Directions for improving the technology of managerial decision-making in an agrarian enterprise have been identified. It is proposed to take into account potential risks in the process of management decision-making. Attention is focused on the need to identify risks, assess their potential impact on the implementation of management decisions and apply risk management methods. The author draws attention to the need to use information technology in the process of preparation and adoption of management decisions, to increase the level of modern IT skills of the enterprise's personnel. The author proposes to use a benchmarking tool and an appropriate algorithm of actions for management in order to improve the technology of making managerial decisions in an agricultural enterprise. At the same time, possible options for forming a system of KPI indicators are proposed.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретико-методичні основи сучасних технологій прийняття управлінських рішень: розглянуто сутність поняття «управлінське рішення» та роль управлінських рішень в діяльності менеджера; досліджено сучасні методичні управлінські підходи до застосування технологій прийняття управлінських рішень. Проведений аналіз технології прийняття управлінських рішень в ТОВ «НИВА 2015». У процесі аналізу досліджено організаційні та економічні аспекти діяльності аграрного підприємства. Проаналізовано в динаміці основні виробничо-економічні показники. Проаналізовано рівень використання трудових ресурсів, основних та оборотних засобів. Визначено та проаналізовано основні показники фінансового стану підприємства: ліквідності активів та фінансової стійкості. Визначено рівень дотримання підприємством «золотого правила фінансування». Досліджено практичні аспекти технології прийняття управлінських рішень в аграрному підприємстві: акцентовано увагу на суб’єктах прийняття управлінських рішень, методах їх розробки та прийняття. Проведено оцінку результативності технології прийняття управлінських рішень. Наведено приклад прийнятого управлінського рішення про придбання сільськогосподарського обладнання. Проаналізований процес організації підготовки та прийняття управлінських рішень в аграрному підприємстві. Визначено напрями удосконалення технології прийняття управлінських рішень в аграрному підприємстві. Запропоновано у процесі прийняття управлінських рішень керівництвом враховувати потенційні ризики. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності ідентифікації ризиків, оцінки їх потенційного впливу на виконання управлінського рішення та застосування методів управління ризиками. Автор звертає увагу на необхідність використання інформаційних технологій у процесі підготовки та прийняття управлінських рішень, підвищення рівня володіння сучасними IT персоналом підприємства. Автором запропоновано застосовувати інструмент бенчмаркінгу та відповідний алгоритм дій для менеджменту з метою удосконалення технології прийняття управлінських рішень в аграрному підприємстві. При цьому запропоновані можливі варіанти формування системи показників KPI.	uk_UA
