dc.description	The qualification work deals with the issue of increasing the revenue side of local budgets of territorial communities. The theoretical aspects of the formation of local budgets of territorial communities are investigated; the organizational and resource characteristics of the Yampil settlement community are given, and practical approaches to increasing the revenue side of the local budget of the territorial community are proposed. The paper describes in detail the algorithms and key points of management of measures aimed at increasing the revenue side of the local budget of a territorial community. The author assesses the organizational and resource potential of the village council, characterizes the socio-economic indicators of the council's performance, conducts a study of the channels of formation of the local budget revenue, and also conducts a study of the financial support of the local community budget. In order to increase the revenue side of the local budget of the territorial community, the article identifies promising growth points for entrepreneurial initiatives of the territorial community and proposes practical approaches to the creation of family farms in the community. On the basis of the proposed practical measures to increase the revenue side of the local budget, the financial and economic efficiency of the proposed measures to ensure the growth of the revenue side of the community budget is determined.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	В кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто питання підвищення дохідної частини місцевих бюджетів територіальних громад. Досліджено теоретичні аспекти формування місцевих бюджетів територіальних громад; приведена організаційна та ресурсна характеристика Ямпільської селищної громади, а також запропоновані практичні підходи до підвищення дохідної частини місцевого бюджету територіальної громади. У роботі детально розглянуті алгоритми та ключові моменти управління заходами, спрямованими на підвищення дохідної частини місцевого бюджету територіальної громади. Здійснена оцінка організаційного та ресурсного потенціалу селищної ради, охарактеризовані соціально-економічні показники ефективності діяльності ради, проведене дослідження каналів формування дохідної частини місцевого бюджету, а також здійснене дослідження фінансового забезпечення бюджету територіальної громади. З метою підвищення дохідної частини місцевого бюджету територіальної громади проведене визначення перспективних точок зростання підприємницьких ініціатив територіальної громади та запропоновані практичні підходи до створення сімейних ферм на території громади. На основі запропонованих практичних заходів для підвищення дохідної частини місцевого бюджету, визначено фінансово-економічну ефективність запропонованих заходів до забезпечення зростання дохідної частини бюджету громади.	uk_UA
