dc.description	In the qualification work, the issues of the main directions of development and increasing the efficiency of entrepreneurial activity in the future are considered. The issue of strategic choice of entrepreneurial structures is investigated, especially in conditions of significant uncertainty of the external environment. A strategy for agrarian entrepreneurship is the only way to survive in conditions of economic growth. The presence of a strategy for the development of agrarian entrepreneurship makes it possible to realize the intended development plans and to significantly increase the competitiveness of agrarian entrepreneurship in conditions of uncertainty of the external environment. Business planning is a tool for implementing strategies. Business planning, or business planning, is an independent type of planning activity that is directly related to the implementation of entrepreneurial activity. For this, it is necessary not only to present one's needs for the future in material, labor, intellectual, and financial resources, but also to predict the sources of their acquisition and coverage, to be able to predict the efficiency of the use of resources in the process of entrepreneurial activity. The practical value of the obtained results is determined by substantiated scientific and practical proposals for the development of a business plan for the creation of an additional chain of added value in the economy for the processing of buckwheat grain into buckwheat groats.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	В кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуті питання основних напрямів розвитку та підвищення ефективності підприємницької діяльності в перспективі. Досліджується питання стратегічного вибору діяльності підприємницьких структур, особливо в умовах значної невизначеності зовнішнього середовища. Стратегія для аграрного підприємництва - єдиний спосіб вижити в умовах економічного росту. Наявність стратегії розвитку аграрного підприємництва дозволяє реалізувати намічені плани розвитку не перспективу і значно підвищити конкурентну спроможність аграрного підприємництва в умовах невизначеності зовнішнього середовища. Інструментом реалізації стратегій є бізнес-планування. Ділове планування, або бізнес-планування, представляє собою самостійний вид планової діяльності, яка безпосередньо пов'язана з здійсненням підприємницької діяльності. Для цього необхідно не лише представляти свої потреби на перспективу в матеріальних, трудових, інтелектуальних, фінансових ресурсах, а й передбачати джерела їх отримання та покриття, вміти передбачати ефективність використання ресурсів у процесі здійснення підприємницької діяльності. Практичне значення одержаних результатів визначається обґрунтованими науково-практичними пропозиціями по розробці бізнес-плану по створенню додаткового ланцюга доданої вартості в господарстві по переробці зерна гречки на крупу гречану.	uk_UA
