dc.description	The qualification work is devoted to the study and analysis of theoretical aspects of investment attractiveness of enterprises, in particular, on the example of "Sad". The theoretical foundations underlying the understanding and definition of investment attractiveness, as well as methodological approaches to its assessment are considered. The investment attractiveness of PJSC "Sad" was also evaluated. And accordingly, the forecasting of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise is carried out, which highlights the use of the desirability function to form a comprehensive indicator of investment attractiveness, forecasting the level of investment attractiveness of "Sad" and identifying areas for improving this indicator. The comprehensive study in the paper highlights not only the current state of investment attractiveness of the enterprise, but also develops methodological and practical aspects in the field of assessment and forecasting of investment attractiveness at the enterprise, which can be practically applied to management decisions and development strategies of the enterprise.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретико-практичних аспектів інвестиційної привабливості підприємств, зокрема, на прикладі ПрАТ "Сад". Розглянуто теоретичні засади, що лежать в основі розуміння та визначення інвестиційної привабливості, а також методологічні підходи до її оцінки. Також проведено оцінку інвестиційної привабливості ПРАТ 'Сад'". І відповідно проведено прогнозування інвестиційної привабливості підприємства, що висвітлює застосування функції бажаності для формування комплексного показника інвестиційної привабливості, проведення прогнозування рівня інвестиційної привабливості ПрАТ "Сад" та визначення напрямків покращення цього показника. Комплексне дослідження в роботі висвітлює не лише поточний стан інвестиційної привабливості підприємства, а й розвиває методологічний та практичний аспекти в галузі оцінки та прогнозування інвестиційної привабливості на підприємстві, що може мати практичне застосування для управлінських рішень та стратегій розвитку підприємства.	uk_UA
