dc.description	In the qualification work, the analysis of scientific views on the formation and development of the potential of enterprises under the conditions of logistical support is characterized; the organizational and economic characteristics of LLC «DYK» of Sumy are provided; an assessment of the company's competitive potential was carried out; logistic support of competitive potential was analyzed; the concept of increasing the competitive potential of the enterprise at the expense of logistic support was developed; the influence of integration logistics processes in the formation and increase of the competitive potential of the light industry enterprise was revealed; an assessment of the economic results from the implementation of the proposed measures for logistical support of increasing the competitive potential was carried out. An assessment of the effectiveness of each subtype of competitive potential was carried out based on the assessment of the effectiveness of the use of resources provided to them, namely: groups of indicators that characterize the activity of managing the production process, working capital, the effectiveness of management of marketing and logistics potential. Ways to increase the competitive potential of a light industry enterprise through the modeling of management decisions regarding logistics support based on a preliminary assessment and analysis of the enterprise's logistics potential, the selection of its logistics strategy and its implementation on the basis of a clear logistics business plan are proposed.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	В кваліфікаційній роботі охарактеризовано здійснено аналіз наукових поглядів на формування та розвиток потенціалу підприємств за умов логістичного забезпечення; надано організаційно-економічну характеристику ТОВ «ДЮК» м. Суми; проведено оцінку конкурентного потенціалу підприємства; проаналізовано логістичне забезпечення конкурентного потенціалу; розроблено концепцію підвищення конкурентного потенціалу підприємства за рахунок логістичного забезпечення; виявлено вплив інтеграційних логістичних процесів у формуванні та підвищенні конкурентного потенціалу підприємства легкої промисловості; здійснено оцінку економічних результатів від впровадження запропонованих заходів щодо логістичного забезпечення підвищення конкурентного потенціалу. Проведена оцінка ефективності кожного підвиду конкурентного потенціалу на основі оцінювання ефективності використання ресурсів, що їм надаються, а саме: групи показників, котрі характеризують активність управління виробничим процесом, обіговими засобами, ефективність управління маркетинговим та логістичним потенціалом. Запропоновано шляхи підвищення конкурентного потенціалу підприємства легкої промисловості через моделювання управлінських рішень щодо логістичного забезпечення на основі попередньої оцінки та аналізу логістичного потенціалу підприємства, вибору його логістичної стратегії та її впровадження на основі сформованого чіткого логістичного бізнес-плану.	uk_UA
