dc.description	In the qualification work summarizes the essential characteristics of competitive strategies for managing logistics processes at enterprises and substantiates the peculiarities of their formation; the organizational and economic characteristics of «Beeve» LLC are provided; analyzed the logistics activity of the enterprise under study; assessed the current state of strategic management of logistics processes at the enterprise; a competitive strategy was developed taking into account measures of rational management and coordination of logistics processes at the enterprise; substantiated organizational and informational support for the implementation of the logistics process management strategy; an assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of a competitive strategy for managing logistics processes at the enterprise was carried out. Based on the use of artificial neural networks, predictive values of the indicators of the competitiveness of the spheres of logistics activity were obtained, which will be used in the process of modeling development scenarios in the formation of a strategy for ensuring the competitive advantages of an agricultural enterprise. A scenario approach was used to determine the amount of gross profit depending on the change in net income and the cost of goods sold, and simulations of scenarios of development of events (realistic, pessimistic, optimistic) were carried out. For the analysis of quantitative and qualitative changes in the logistics system of the enterprise with reflection of the integral effect, it is proposed to use an integral indicator of the effectiveness of the logistics management strategy, which takes into account synergistic changes at the enterprise.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	В кваліфікаційній роботі узагальнено сутнісну характеристику конкурентних стратегій управління логістичними процесами на підприємствах та обґрунтовано особливості їх формування; надано організаційно-економічну характеристику ТОВ «Беєве»; проаналізовано логістичну діяльність досліджуваного підприємства; оцінено сучасний стан стратегічного управління логістичними процесами на підприємстві; розроблено конкурентну стратегію з урахуванням заходів раціонального управління й координації логістичних процесів на підприємстві; обґрунтовано організаційно-інформаційне забезпечення реалізації стратегії управління логістичними процесами; проведено оцінку ефективності впровадження конкурентної стратегії управління логістичними процесами на підприємстві. На основі використання штучних нейронних мереж було отримано прогнозні значення показників конкурентоспроможності сфер логістичної діяльності, що застосовуватимуться у процесі моделювання сценаріїв розвитку при формуванні стратегії забезпечення конкурентних переваг аграрного підприємства. Було застосовано сценарний підхід до визначення саме величини валового прибутку залежно від зміни чистого доходу і собівартості реалізованої продукції та проведено моделювання сценаріїв розвитку подій (реалістичного, песимістичного, оптимістичного). Для аналізу кількісних і якісних змін логістичної системи підприємства з відображенням інтегрального ефекту запропоновано застосовувати інтегральний показник ефективності стратегії управління логістичною діяльністю, який враховує синергетичні зміни на підприємстві.	uk_UA
