dc.description	The purpose of writing the qualification work is to study and analyze the existing mechanisms for preventing land degradation processes and to develop optimal strategies for their improvement. Optimization of such mechanisms aims to ensure more efficient use of resources, prevent the spread of degradation and preserve natural resources for future generations. The object of study is the land resources of the Sumy region that are subject to degradation processes. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological principles and practical aspects of the justification of negative consequences in land use and the implementation of methods of their elimination. The work contains three sections. In the first part of the qualification work, the theoretical and methodological principles of land management support for the elimination of negative consequences in land use are considered. The second section contains a general description of the research subject. The diagnosis of the organizational and economic mechanism of land use management in the current conditions is presented, the impact of the negative consequences of agricultural land use in the Sumy region is analyzed." In the third part of the qualification work, ways of increasing the efficiency of using the productivity of arable land in the conditions of the spread of degradation processes are proposed, measures are established to minimize the manifestation of degradation processes at the local level using foreign experience to increase the productivity of arable land.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Метою написання кваліфікаційної роботи є вивчення та аналіз існуючих механізмів попередження деградаційних процесів земель та розробка оптимальних стратегій для їх вдосконалення. Оптимізація таких механізмів має на меті забезпечити більш ефективне використання ресурсів, запобігти поширенню деградації та зберегти природні ресурси для майбутніх поколінь. Об'єкт вивчення – земельні ресурси Сумської області, що піддаються деградаційним процесам. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні засади та практичні аспекти щодо обґрунтування негативних наслідків в землекористуванні та впровадження методів їх ліквідації. Робота містить три розділи. У першій частині кваліфікаційної роботи розглянуто теоретико-методичні засади землевпорядного забезпечення ліквідації негативних наслідків у землекористуванні. Другий розділ містить загальну характеристику предмета дослідження. Представлена діагностика організаційно-економічного механізму управління землекористуванням в умовах сьогодення, проаналізовано вплив негативних наслідків сільськогосподарського землекористування у Сумському регіоні». У третій частині кваліфікаційної роботи запропоновано шляхи підвищення ефективності використання продуктивності орних земель в умовах поширення деградаційних процесів, встановлені заходи мінімізації прояву деградаційних процесів на локальному рівні із використанням іноземного досвіду для підвищення продуктивності орних земель.	uk_UA
