dc.description	The purpose of writing the qualification paper is the scientific basis of managing the rational and effective use of land resources in agriculture, the modern level of management of the efficiency of the use of land resources, ways to increase the efficiency of management and use of land in the conditions of market relations. The object of the study is the process of managing land resources in order to increase the economic efficiency of land use. The subject of the research is the creation of a new model of the organization of the agricultural land use management mechanism. The work contains three sections. In the first part of the qualification work, the theoretical and methodological principles of land resource management, the role of geographic information systems in land resource management are considered. The second section contains a general description of the research subject. The general characteristics of the farm and the characteristics of land use are presented, the current state and structure of the land resources of the farm are analyzed, the peculiarities of the organizational and economic mechanism of land use in the "PISCHANE" WWTP are determined. In the third part of the qualification work, the system of managing land resources in the economy was improved, directions for the rational use of land resources were established, proposed for the use of modern approaches to managing land resources with the use of foreign experience.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Метою написання кваліфікаційної роботи є наукові основи управління раціонального й ефективного використання земельних ресурсів в сільському господарстві, сучасний рівень управління ефективністю використання земельних ресурсів, шляхи підвищення ефективності управління та використання землі в умовах ринкових відносин. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління земельними ресурсами щодо підвищення економічної ефективності використання земель. Предметом дослідження є створення нової моделі організації механізму управління сільськогосподарським землекористуванням. Робота містить три розділи. У першій частині кваліфікаційної роботи розглянуто теоретико-методичні засади управління земельними ресурсами, роль географічних інформаційних систем управління земельними ресурсами. Другий розділ містить загальну характеристику предмета дослідження. Представлена загальна характеристика господарства та характеристику землекористування, проаналізовано сучасний стан та структура земельних ресурсів господарства, визначені особливості організаційно-економічного механізму землекористування в СТОВ «ПІЩАНЕ». У третій частині кваліфікаційної роботи удосконалено систему управління земельними ресурсами в господарстві, встановлено напрямки раціонального використання земельних ресурсів, запропоновані для використання сучасних підходів до управління земельними ресурсами з використанням зарубіжного досвіду.	uk_UA
