dc.description	In the first section of the qualification work, we focused our attention on the study of the effectiveness of land use management of agricultural enterprises, which will ensure their sustainable development. Management of land resources in Ukraine is one of the main links of the agricultural sector and an important component of the development of the country's economy. Taking into account the peculiarities of land relations and their reformation in recent years, the land resource management system of the agricultural economy of Ukraine requires special attention. The issue of land resource management of agricultural enterprises deserves special attention, which should include all principles of the general management system and economic principles of management of this type of enterprises. In view of this, the principles of land resource management of agricultural enterprises should include: rationalization of the use of their territories and socio-economic adaptability. In the second section, we analyzed the structure of the land fund used by the "Pishchane" sewage treatment plant in the course of its economic activity. Also, the section describes the characteristics of the soil cover of the lands used by the farm, the available number of labor resources, and the natural and climatic characteristics of the conditions of the studied territory. The description of the land composition presented in the second chapter became the basis for further design decisions. The third section of the qualification work is a project. In the process of writing it, we paid attention to methods of optimizing the management of land resources of the studied territory. In the process of this optimization, we designed a crop rotation system. An important stage of planning a crop rotation system is the basic and climatic analysis, which includes conducting a feasibility study on the place where the crop rotation system is planned to be implemented, determining its physical and chemical properties, nutritional ingredients, pH value, texture, studying the climatic conditions of the region, including average temperature, amount of precipitation and duration of the growing season. We also paid attention to the economic efficiency of our proposed optimization of enterprise management. In general, the economic efficiency of the organization of the territory of agricultural enterprises is important for ensuring the sustainability and profitability of agricultural business.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи основну увагу ми зосередили на дослідження питання ефективності управління використання земель сільскогосподарських підприємств, яке забезпечить їх сталий розвиток. Управління земельними ресурсами в Україні є однією з головних ланок аграрного сектору та важливою складовою розвитку економіки країни. Зважаючи на особливості земельних відносин та їх реформування за останні роки система управління земельними ресурсами аграрного господарства України потребує особливої уваги. Особливої уваги заслуговує питання управління земельними ресурсами сільськогосподарських підприємств, яке має включати всі принципи загальної системи господарювання та економічні принципи господарювання цього типу підприємств. З огляду на це до принципів управління земельними ресурсами сільськогосподарських підприємств слід віднести: раціоналізацію використання їх територій та соціально-економічну адаптивність. В другому розділі нами було проаналізовано структуру земельного фонду, який використовує СТОВ «Піщане» в процесі своєї господарської діяльності. Також в розділі наведена характеристика грунтового покриву земель, які використовує господарство, наявна кількість трудових ресурсів та природно-кліматична характеристика умов досліджуваної території. Подана в другому розділі характеристика складу угідь стала основою для подальших проектних рішень. Третій розділ кваліфікаційної роботи є проектним. В процесі роботи над його написанням ми звернули увагу на методи оптимізації управління земельними ресурсами досліджуваної території. В процесі цієї оптимізації нами було запроектовано систему сівозмін. Важливим етапом планування системи сівозмін є базовий і кліматичний аналіз, який включає в себе проведення техніко-економічного обґрунтування на місці, де планується запровадити систему сівозміни, визначення його фізичні та хімічні властивості, поживні інгредієнти, значення рН, текстуру, дослідження кліматичних умови регіону, включаючи середню температуру, кількість опадів і тривалість вегетаційного періоду. Також свою увагу ми звернули на економічну ефективність запропонованої нами оптимізації управління підприємством. Загалом економічна ефективність організації території сільськогосподарських підприємств важлива для забезпечення стійкості та прибутковості сільськогосподарського бізнесу.	uk_UA
