dc.description	One of the important aspects of professional and applied physical training of students of economic specialties is the formation of motivation to engage in physical activity by demonstrating the usefulness and necessity of this process. For example, students can be challenged to understand that good physical health and excellent physical fitness can not only improve general health, but also contribute to increased productivity and work efficiency, as well as psychological well-being, which in turn will have a positive effect on career opportunities. To achieve these goals, the system of physical education, in particular, should be aimed at forming students' skills and abilities that will be useful in their professional activities. Thus, the means of training must be coordinated with the requirements of the profession. However, it is necessary to remember the individual characteristics of students, their state of health and career expectations. In order to prepare an effective system of physical education for students of economic specialties, it is necessary to take into account an individual approach to each student, differentiated classes taking into account their current state of health and future career expectations.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Одним із важливих аспектів професійно-прикладної фізичної підготовки студентів економічних спеціальностей є формування мотивації до зайняття фізичною активністю за допомогою демонстрації корисності і необхідності цього процесу. Наприклад, студенти можуть бути викликані до того, щоб розуміти, що міцне фізичне здоров'я і відмінна фізична форма не тільки можуть покращити загальний стан здоров'я, але й сприяють підвищенню продуктивності і ефективності праці, а також психологічному стану, що в свою чергу позитивно позначиться на кар'єрних можливостях. Для досягнення цих цілей, система фізичного виховання, зокрема, повинна бути спрямована на формування у студентів вмінь і навичок, які будуть корисні у їх професійній діяльності. Таким чином, засоби підготовки повинні бути узгоджені з вимогами професії. Однак, треба пам'ятати про індивідуальні особливості студентів, їхній стан здоров'я і кар'єрні очікування. З метою підготовки ефективної системи фізичного виховання студентів економічних спеціальностей необхідно враховувати індивідуальний підхід до кожного студента, диференційовані заняття з урахуванням їхнього поточного стану здоров'я і майбутніх кар'єрних очікувань.	uk_UA
