dc.description	The qualification work is devoted to the study of the features of the functional and planning organization of multi-section residential buildings with service based on the example of the city of Sumy. The object of the research is multi-section residential buildings with service. The subject of the study is the peculiarities and methods of functional planning, urban planning and compositional organization of multi-section residential buildings. Structure of the work: introduction, three chapters, conclusion and list of used literature. In the first chapter "Prerequisites and stages of the development of housing construction", the historical aspects of the origin and development of housing construction, the functional and planning structure of multi-section residential buildings with service and the experience of their construction are investigated. In the second chapter "Basic theoretical provisions of the organization of housing construction with service elements" the influence of factors on the placement and design of multi-section residential buildings with service, types and classification of housing, basic requirements for their design is analyzed. being clarified In the third chapter "Features of the functional and planning organization of multi-section residential buildings with service for the city of Sumy" methods and means of formation of multi-section residential buildings with service in the city of Sumy are defined.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню особливостей функціонально-планувальної організації багатосекційних житлових будинків з обслуговуванням на прикладі міста Суми. Об’єктом дослідження є багатосекційні житлові будинки з обслуговуванням. Предметом дослідження є особливості та методи функціонального планування, містобудівної та композиційної організації багатосекційних житлових будинків. Структура роботи: вступ, три розділи, висновок та список використаної літератури. У першому розділі «Передумови та етапи розвитку житлового будівництва» досліджено історичні аспекти зародження та розвитку житлового будівництва, функціонально-планувальну структуру багатосекційних житлових будинків з обслуговуванням та досвід їх будівництва. У другому розділі «Основні теоретичні положення організації житлового будівництва з елементами обслуговування» проаналізовано вплив факторів на розміщення та проектування багатосекційних житлових будинків з обслуговуванням, типи та класифікацію житла, основні вимоги до їх проектування. уточнюється. У третьому розділі «Особливості функціонально-планувальної організації багатосекційних житлових будинків з обслуговуванням для м.
