dc.description	The qualification work includes scientific research, which is devoted to the analysis of architectural and planning organization, methods of organization of office buildings with the aim of identifying the optimal location conditions and basic techniques and principles of architectural design of new objects of this type in the city of Sumy. The object of the research is office buildings. The subject of the research is the architectural and planning methods of organization of office buildings, the definition of their main laws, principles and techniques. The qualification work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions and a list of used sources. In the first chapter "Analysis of design experience and prerequisites for the formation of office buildings", the main prerequisites for the formation and evolution of the development of different generations of office buildings are revealed, foreign and domestic examples of the design of such objects are analyzed. In the second chapter, "Classification of office buildings and factors affecting their formation", the existing classifications of office objects are analyzed according to various characteristics, the influence of the main factors and requirements on the design of these objects is revealed. The third chapter "Fundamentals and regularities of the architectural and planning organization of office buildings" summarizes the basic principles and techniques of the architectural and planning organization of office buildings.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Кваліфікаційна робота включає наукове дослідження, яке присвячене аналізу архітектурно-планувальних організації прийоми організації офісних будівель з метою виявлення оптимальних умов розміщення і основних прийомів та принципів архітектурного проектування нових об’єктів даного типу в м. Суми. Об’єктом дослідження є офісні будівлі. Предметом дослідження є архітектурно-планувальні прийоми організації офісних будівель, визначення їх основних закономірностей, принципів і прийомів. Кваліфікаційна робота складається з вступу, трьох розділів, висновків та списку використаних джерел. В першому розділі «Аналіз досвіду проектування та передумови формування офісних будівель» виявлено основні передумови формування та еволюцію розвитку різних поколінь офісних будівель, проаналізовано закордонні та вітчизняні приклади проектування таких об’єктів. В другому розділі «Класифікація офісних будівель та фактори, що впливають на їх формування» проаналізовані існуючі класифікації офісних об’єктів за різними ознаками, виявлено вплив основних факторів і вимог на проектування даних об’єктів. В третьому розділі «Основи та закономірності архітектурно-планувальної організації офісних будівель» узагальнено основоположні принципи і прийоми архітектурно-планувальної організації офісних будівель.	uk_UA
