dc.description	The qualification work comprises a scientific study dedicated to the analysis of the architectural and planning organization of multifunctional residential complexes with the aim of identifying optimal conditions for placement and the fundamental techniques and principles of architectural design for new objects of this type in the city of Romny. The research object includes multifunctional residential complexes and residential complexes with public services. The subject of the research is the architectural and planning organization of residential complexes with services, using the example of Romny. The qualification work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, and a list of used sources. In the first chapter, "Analysis of the Design Experience and Preconditions for the Formation of MFRC," the main preconditions for the formation and evolution of residential complexes with services are identified, and examples of designing such objects abroad and in the country are analyzed. The second chapter, "Classification of MFRC and Factors Influencing Their Formation," analyzes existing classifications based on various criteria and identifies the impact of key factors and requirements on the design of these objects. The third chapter, "Fundamentals and Regularities of Architectural and Planning Organization of MFRC," summarizes the fundamental principles and techniques of architectural and planning organization of residential complexes.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Кваліфікаційна робота включає наукове дослідження, яке присвячене аналізу архітектурно-планувальної організації багатофункціональних житлових комплексів з метою виявлення оптимальних умов розміщення і основних прийомів та принципів архітектурного проєктування нових об’єктів даного типу в м. Ромни. Об’єктом дослідження є багатофункціональні житлові комплекси, житлові комплекси з громадським обслуговуванням. Предметом дослідження: архітектурно-планувальна організація житлових комплексів з обслуговуванням на прикладі м. Ромни Кваліфікаційна робота складається з вступу, трьох розділів, висновку та списку використаних джерел. У першому розділі «Аналіз досвіду проєктування та передумови формування БФЖК» виявлено основні передумови формування та еволюцію розвитку житлових комплексів з обслуговуванням, проаналізовано закордонні та вітчизняні приклади проєктування таких об’єктів. В другому розділі «Класифікація БФЖК та фактори, що впливають на їх формування» проаналізовані існуючі класифікації за різними ознаками, виявлено вплив основних факторів і вимог на проєктування даних об’єктів. В третьому розділі «Основи та закономірності архітектурно планувальної організації БФЖК» узагальнено основоположні принципи і прийоми архітектурно-планувальної організації житлових комплексів.	uk_UA
