Короткий опис(реферат):
Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена науковому дослідженню,
спрямованому на аналіз архітектурно-планувальної структури
багатофункціональних житлових комплексів. Основна мета полягає у
виявленні оптимальних умов розміщення та основних принципів
архітектурного проєктування нових об'єктів цього типу в місті Київ.
Дослідження фокусується на багатофункціональних житлових
комплексах з об'єктами громадського обслуговування. Об'єктом аналізу є
висотні односекційні житлові будинки з обслуговуванням, розглянуті на
прикладі міста Києва.
Структура кваліфікаційної роботи включає вступ, три розділи,
висновок та список використаних джерел.
У першому розділі, "Аналіз досвіду проєктування та передумови
формування БФЖК," визначаються ключові аспекти формування та
еволюції розвитку житлових комплексів з обслуговуванням. Проводиться
аналіз зарубіжних та вітчизняних прикладів проєктування таких об'єктів.
Другий розділ, "Класифікація БФЖК та фактори, що впливають на їх
формування," охоплює існуючі класифікації за різними ознаками та
визначає вплив основних факторів і вимог на проєктування подібних
об'єктів.
У третьому розділі, "Основи та закономірності архітектурно планувальної організації БФЖК," узагальнюються основні принципи і
методи архітектурно-планувальної організації житлових комплексів.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
The qualification work is dedicated to a scientific study aimed at
analyzing the architectural and planning structure of multifunctional
residential complexes. The main goal is to identify optimal conditions for the
placement and basic principles of architectural design for new objects of this
type in Kyiv.
The research focuses on multifunctional residential complexes with
public service facilities. The analysis is conducted on high-rise single-section
residential buildings with service facilities, using the city of Kyiv as a case study.
The structure of the qualification work includes an introduction, three
chapters, a conclusion, and a list of sources used.
In the first chapter, "Analysis of Design Experience and Preconditions
for the Formation of MFRC," key aspects of the formation and evolution of
residential complexes with service facilities are identified. An analysis of
foreign and domestic examples of designing such objects is conducted.
The second chapter, "Classification of MFRCs and Factors Influencing
Their Formation," covers existing classifications based on various criteria and
identifies the impact of major factors and requirements on the design of similar
objects.
In the third chapter, "Fundamentals and Patterns of Architectural and
Planning Organization of MFRCs," the basic principles and methods of
architectural and planning organization of residential complexes are
summarized."
