Кваліфікаційна робота складається з вступу, трьох розділів,
висновку та списку використаних джерел.
У першому розділі «Аналіз досвіду проектування та
передумови формування БФЖК» виявлено основні передумови
формування та еволюцію розвитку житлових комплексів з
обслуговуванням, проаналізовано закордонні та вітчизняні
приклади проектування таких об’єктів.
В другому розділі «Класифікація БФЖК та фактори, що
впливають на їх формування» проаналізовані існуючі
класифікації за різними ознаками, виявлено вплив основних
факторів і вимог на проектування даних об’єктів.
В третьому розділі «Основи та закономірності архітектурно планувальної організації БФЖК» узагальнено основоположні
принципи і прийоми архітектурно-планувальної організації
житлових комплексів.

The qualification work consists of an introduction, three

In the first section, "Analysis of design experience and
prerequisites for the formation of BFZHK", the main prerequisites for
the formation and evolution of the development of serviced residential
complexes are revealed, and foreign and domestic examples of the
design of such facilities are analyzed.
In the second section, "Classification of BFZHK and factors
affecting their formation", the existing classifications are analyzed
according to various characteristics, the influence of the main factors
and requirements on the design of these objects is revealed.
In the third chapter "Fundamentals and regularities of the
architectural and planning organization of BFZHK" the basic
principles and techniques of the architectural and planning
organization of residential complexes are summarized
