Об’єкт роботи – інформаційна підсистема матеріального забезпечення
інформаційної системи підприємства.
Предмет дослідження кваліфікаційної роботи: Розробка та оптимізація інформаційної
підсистеми матеріального забезпечення для покращення управління ресурсами та
ефективності інформаційної системи коледжу ВСП «ГАФК СНАУ».
Метою роботи є розробка інформаційної системи з графічним інтерфейсом, яка буде
забезпечувати ефективне вирішення завдань, пов'язаних з роботою з файлами, їх збереженням
та редагуванням.
У розділі 1 роботи проводиться аналіз впливу інформаційних технологій на діяльність
підприємства, зокрема в контексті матеріального забезпечення. У розділі 2 роботи
проводиться проектування інформаційної системи. Розділ 3 присвячений розробці та опису
роботи інформаційної системи.
Результатом роботи є функціональна інформаційна підсистема матеріального забезпечення.
Система дозволяє створювати та опрацьовувати бінарні файли з даними, а також забезпечує
можливість перегляду, редагування, зберігання, відбору та сортування даних.

The object of the work is the information subsystem of the material support of the

The subject of the research of the qualification work: Development and optimization of the
information subsystem of material support to improve the management of resources and the efficiency
of the information system of the college SSS "HAFC SNAU".
The goal of the work is the development of an information system with a graphic interface that will
provide effective solutions to tasks related to working with files, saving and editing them.
Chapter 1 of the work analyzes the impact of information technologies on the company's activities,
in particular in the context of material support. In section 2 of the work, information system design is
carried out. Chapter 3 is devoted to the development and description of the information system.
The result of the work is a functional information subsystem of material support. The system allows
you to create and process binary files with data, and also provides the ability to view, edit, store,
select and sort data.
