dc.description	The article determines that the structure and essence of the innovative educational process correspond to the dynamics and pace of social changes in society and high European standards of training highly qualified specialists. The purpose of the article was to analyze the role of information and communication and innovative technologies in the training of future specialists in the higher education system. It was determined that the main directions of using information and communication technologies in higher education are the development of various educational materials, pedagogical software tools, and the organization of intellectual leisure. Cloud technologies, electronic and distance learning, access to open educational resources also become an important component of the educational process.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У статті визначено, що структура та сутність інноваційного освітнього процесу відповідають динаміці та темпам соціальних змін у суспільстві й високим європейським стандартам підготовки висококваліфікованих фахівців. Метою статті було проаналізувати роль інформаційно-комунікаційних та інноваційних технологій в підготовці майбутніх фахівців у системі вищої освіти. Визначено, що основними напрямками використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у вищій освіті є розробка різних навчальних матеріалів, педагогічних програмних засобів, організація інтелектуального дозвілля. Важливою складовою освітнього процесу стають також хмарні технології, електронне та дистанційне навчання, доступ до відкритих освітніх ресурсів.	uk_UA
